BMW Motorrad GS Adventure pannier frames are standard equipment on various GSA models including the water-cooled R1200 GSA, the new R1250 GSA, and the new F850 GSA. Although the frames are designed to mount BMW aluminum cases you now have another option – Kriega Overlander-S Soft Panniers.

OS-Soft Panniers share many of the features of traditional ADV ‘hard luggage’ with the added benefits of durability and safety for riding in demanding environments where there will be the inevitable scrape with the terrain.

The structured box shape allows for effortless packing and load control. The waterproof roll-top closure and removable white liner guarantee pack contents remain protected from the elements.

The OS-Panniers mount onto a specially engineered OS-Platform which is permanently clamped directly to the GSA frames. Mounting and dismounting the soft panniers takes less than a minute with two quick-release straps and buckles. The same straps compress the pack firmly in position. No extra tie-down straps are required.

Constructed from the highest quality materials including ultra-abrasion resistant Hypalon + 1000D Cordura®, with Kevlar® webbing and aircraft-grade alloy buckles.

Tech Specs:

The Platform is engineered from virtually indestructible Nylon 6, lighter than alloy and without fatigue issues. It is machined with optional attachment points to mount a single OS-Soft Pannier or an OS-12 ADV pack together with Rotopax fuel/water containers.

BMW pannier frames are designed to mount aluminum cases and do not have a standard flat profile on the exhaust side. This special edition OS-Platform includes a stainless steel adaptor to flatten the profile and provide a strong mounting location for the OS-Platform.

The Adaptor is laser-cut stainless steel that fixes to the OS-Platform on the exhaust side with 3 bolts and Nyloc nuts. It clamps to the top of the BMW frame using 2 aircraft-grade aluminum clamps. The remaining 4 clamps fix the OS-Platform directly to the frame, giving a very strong and stable base to add an OS-Pannier, OS-Adventure Packs or Rotopax water contains.

The BMW pannier frame profile on the opposite side to the exhaust is flat and therefore a standard OS-Platform 16mm – 20mm tube fit, will easily mount to this side.
